 One time for the birthday girl!!!

It's my birthday y'all!

Another year around the sun and in this moment, all I feel is gratitude.

This year has been one with lotssss of changes and challenges BUT! I am learning to face my lessons with grace. 

What's on my birthday wish list, you asked??

All I really wanted was the gift of relaxation and to eat good, three (3) square meals.😄

It might sound crazy, I know but for someone who is always on the go, I tend to skip a meal more often than I like.

Dear Joy,  This blog is dedicated to you. (Yes, she is real...haha) The first time I met you in the office, you greeted me with such a warm smile and introduced yourself. Since then, your infectious smile has remained, and so, I know it’s completely genuine. You are: A team player (always willing to cover my shifts, no hesitation) An effective communicator (you listen and get your point across respectfully) A sweetheart (you fill the room with Joy) With that being said... Joy, my darling,  STOP caring what other people think about you, because once you stop you become powerful ! Negative people only project their fears and insecurities on others. Remember that!
